We have over 800 forklifts and access platforms in our fleet, and when renting any of these machines, all servicing, breakdowns and preventative maintenance is included. Should a fault occur that can’t be rectified, then a loan machine will be provided to you – free of charge.
Short Term Hire: We have a large stock of machines available at any one time, to immediately meet short term hire demand. If you a need a machine fast, we’ll get it to you fast.
Long Term Hire: We offer long-term contract hire packages, at competitive rates for both new and refurbished equipment, tailored to meet individual requirements. So, if you have a single or multiple truck application, we’ve got the right solution.

Our regional depots can arrange for the supply of all parts, spares and consumable items. Our prices are always competitive and we carry over 90% of line items in stock, with daily replenishment to our depots and field engineers.
All parts within 24 hours
Any part not available from stock is obtained through our established supply agreements, and would normally be available within 24 hours. We supply genuine parts from both Doosan and JLG to ensure full compliance with service warranties and safety certification.

Our regional depot parts managers are available to you directly by telephone or email. We’re very proud of our local coverage and have deliberately maintained this in response to customers who are frequently frustrated by our competitors who offer access only via call centres. Health & Safety Certification
LOLER & PUWER keeping you safe, and on the right side of the law
The LOLER and PUWER regulations include specific requirements for forklift trucks, access platforms and warehouse equipment. Failure to comply with these regulations could result in you being prosecuted, even if nothing actually goes wrong.
Windsor has been providing certification for all types of lifting and access equipment for many years, and provides what is known as a Thorough Examination. This is rather like an MOT test for a car, and must be carried out regularly in accordance with the regulatory requirements, and must not form part of routine service or maintenance activities.
An experienced team
A very detailed examination of the equipment is carried out by our qualified engineers, and covers both the PUWER checks on the brakes, wheels and tyres, steering systems and controls, and the LOLER checks on all lifting elements such as forks, hydraulics, booms and masts etc.
We offer free no-obligation advice regarding LOLER and PUWER safety regulations to any business operating lifting or access equipment.
